You’ll provide a strategic overview of our compliance position, identify regulatory gaps and risks, and translate complex requirements into clear actions and recommendations for the business.What You’ll Do- Own the overarching product compliance picture across Loop’s product portfolio.- Identify compliance gaps, risks and upcoming regulatory changes.- Translate regulations into clear business implications, actions and recommendations.- Ensure new products have clear compliance plans from an early stage.- Assess compliance requirements and risks for existing products entering new markets.- Advise Legal, IT, Product and Program teams on compliance decisions and trade-offs.- Use AI to support regulatory monitoring, analysis and efficiency while validating outputs and retaining ownership of recommendations.What You Bring- 5–10 years of experience in product compliance or regulatory affairs.- Experience with consumer products is essential; consumer electronics experience is strongly preferred.- Strong understanding of product regulations and the ability to translate requirements into practical business actions.- Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Product and Engineering teams.- Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.- A proactive approach to identifying risks and anticipating regulatory changes.- Regular, practical use of AI tools to improve research, analysis and workflows, with the judgement to critically assess outputs.This is a strategic, cross-functional compliance role, not a project-embedded quality position. We’re looking for someone who can independently create clarity, anticipate what’s coming next and help the business make informed compliance decisions.
