The hourly pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00.The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 4:00 am - 12:30 pm.As a Compliance Coordinator with ISS Facility Services, you will provide oversight compliance to ensure all regulatory companies, policies and procedures are followed. This is a supervisory role, and this individual will be expected to approach leads and cabin cleaners to provide constructive feedback.Responsibilities include:Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures, and stop at risk behavior of others and selfAudit day-to-day operations for regulatory and procedural compliancePerform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions where discrepancies are identifiedPerform thorough quality checksEnsure 100% compliance with the AA Cabin Appearance ManualProvide feedback to correct performance failuresTrack training and develop a plan to ensure all staff are 100% compliant on training recordsEnsure all safety cards are current in stockReport to Cabin Service Management with audit findingsMeet with ISS GM to discuss any training and audit informationEnsure all chemicals are properly labeledFill in during staff shortagePerform other duties as assignedIdeal candidate experience:Have the ability to recognize and understand safety signs and building warning systemsMust be able to understand safety requirements and company handbook expectationsMust be able to provide top notch customer service to ISS customers and guestsMust be able to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to read and understand standard business documentation (e.g.
