This person will also serve as the Facilities Security Officer to ensure that the site maintains compliance. This person will be the main point of contact for document control with the government program.

The Compliance Coordinator will report to the Program Director.Coordinate yearly audit schedule and ensure requirements are metTrack Corrective and Preventative Action requests to ensure the team responds appropriately to issues within the government programWork with employees to update proceduresCoordinate back shift audits to comply with government requirements and store relevant findings, ensuring the affected department is notified of any findingsSupport the Program Director with administrative dutiesSubmit clearance approval documents for incoming program employees as neededDevelop and maintain the document control program for the NFNY business unitWhat You'll NeedTo be successful in this position, you must:Have a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field, preferredBe detail oriented, have excellent written and verbal communication skillsPossess 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting or equivalentBe a US Citizen willing and able to obtain government clearanceCompensationWe proudly offer robust compensation and benefits packages, including:Competitive pay, commensurate with experienceHeavily subsidized medical and dental plansEmployer-sponsored retirement planCompany-paid life insuranceImmediate paid vacation and generous holiday timeFamily-friendly sick and personal leave policiesOpportunities for career developmentInterested?
