Compliance Audit Investigator Coder

MedStar Health seeks a Compliance Audit Investigator Coder to support accurate, ethical billing across our Maryland–Washington, D.C. system. In this role, you will perform detailed inpatient and outpatient coding audits, investigate potential documentation or billing concerns, and ensure adherence to CMS, OIG, and payer regulations.

You will educate providers and staff on coding and documentation standards, collaborate with compliance and revenue cycle teams, and support internal investigations, helping safeguard patient trust and the organization’s mission-driven care.
