The Compliance & Policy Specialist oversees projects and/or program(s) with significant interdependencies and communicates across multiple channels including Compliance, Informatics, Clinical, Quality, Safety and Operations teams to define an initiative's scope, schedule, projects, policies and committees. Other – 3+ years relevant Project Management or relevant field experience in lieu of degree.Experience: 3+ years relevant project management experience - required. Healthcare experience - preferred. Quality Assurance or Compliance and Regulator experience - preferred.Technology: Experience with various EHRs, clinical software packages, project management software, and business platforms.Language / Communication: Communication skills using speech and writing.
