Compliance and Documentation Lead

Owning the compliance and documentation framework, the full-time remote Compliance and Documentation Lead will manage privacy risk assessments, security compliance obligations, and documentation processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Oversee customer privacy risk assessments and maintain accurate data flow maps across various deployment models Manage audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS, acting as the primary contact for auditors during fieldwork Author and maintain internal policies and public-facing documents, ensuring they accurately reflect compliance practices Required Qualifications Substantial experience in privacy operations, security compliance, or technical compliance documentation Exceptional writing skills, capable of translating complex technical realities into clear documentation Hands-on experience with formal audits such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS Practical knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and current AI regulations Technical fluency in understanding data flows and cloud infrastructure
