Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company's compliance and AI governance program, the full-time remote Compliance and AI Governance Analyst will translate regulatory and cybersecurity requirements into actionable internal processes, coordinate audit readiness, and ensure ongoing compliance alignment. Key responsibilities Interpret regulatory, contractual, and AI governance requirements into internal tasks and control activities Coordinate audit readiness efforts, including evidence collection, organization, and validation Maintain and update policies, procedures, and compliance records while tracking compliance status and remediation efforts Required qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity governance Working knowledge of at least one compliance framework (SOC 2, NIST, CJIS, ISO 27001, or similar) Experience supporting audits, including evidence collection and auditor interaction Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear policies and governance documentation Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy considerations, or emerging AI regulatory requirements preferred
