Law & Regulation Analyst IIThe Law & Regulation Analyst II assists the Law and Regulation Department with ensuring Business Units adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements when performing company operations. This position promotes a culture of compliance throughout the organization. The Level II Analyst also assists the Law and Regulation Department with special projects.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Research property and casualty insurance industry compliance regulations and lawsAssist in the management of the proposed regulatory comments workflowPerform audits and compliance reviews to evaluate / assess internal operational and procedural complianceReview, summarize, and distribute quarterly reports on Market Conduct activity in the states the Company conducts businessAssist with compliance meetings and educating employees on regulatory requirementsAssist with compliance reportingSupport evolving regulatory compliance strategies, policies, and procedures based on new laws/regulations and/or business prioritiesAssist in the management of the Legal Referral workflowAssist in the analysis and review of complaints and responsesSupport the Law and Regulation Department with special projectsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3 years property casualty insurance industry experienceExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Attention to detail and organizedResults-oriented, able to successfully take ownership, and problem solveStrong analytical skillsCollaborative, with strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to customer serviceDemonstrated ability to multi-task effectively while producing a high-quality work productProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and OutlookPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeProperty Casualty Insurance regulatory and/or compliance experienceCompensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.Pay Range: $70,444-$81,849Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave.
