We are seeking an experienced Insurance Compliance Analyst to join our clients compliance team. The ideal candidate has strong document management skills, experience with a Property & Casualty insurance carrier, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while tracking license renewals across jurisdictions as well as experience filing in SERFF.

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Compliance Analyst to join our clients compliance team. The ideal candidate has strong document management skills, experience with a Property & Casualty insurance carrier, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while tracking license renewals across jurisdictions as well as experience filing in SERFF.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize company document libraries, ensuring materials are accurately categorized, current, and accessible
- Respond to compliance inquiries, gathering information and escalating as needed
- Track and ensure timely renewal of company licenses across jurisdictions
- Support submission of regulatory filings for new and existing products
- Draft and edit correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide clerical/administrative support to the compliance team, including file management and reporting
- Minimum 2 years of compliance experience in a legislative/regulatory affairs role with a Property & Casualty insurance carrier
- Ability to work full time on a schedule based on Central or Eastern Standard Time
- Experience with regulatory filings through SERFF
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with SERFF and Files.com
- Proficiency with MS SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, GoToMeeting, DocuSign
