Partnering with Product Owners and Technology teams, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Model Control will oversee model validation requirements and ensure effective risk mitigation for sanctions processes within a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and oversee reporting to ensure compliance with model requirements and thresholds Independently test controls owned by Global Sanctions and coordinate resolution activities for related events Support business unit Control Management teams to ensure first-line controls effectively mitigate sanctions risk Required qualifications Significant understanding of US and International Sanctions regulations and requirements 2+ years of experience in Financial Crimes (Sanctions) preferred Experience in Risk, Control, Self-Assessment (RCSA) or Risk Assessment preferred Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification preferred Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
