Quality Control Mortgage UnderwriterPlease be aware this position will be based on work that is available. There is the potential to work 15 hours a week or more depending upon client need. Hours will vary.
This position has the potential to go permanent if the candidate is the right fit.Responsibilities:Complete QC auditsDemonstrate a strong knowledge of Agency underwriting guidelines, DU and LPDemonstrate a working knowledge of Compliance requirements (Truth in Lending, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA)Knowledge of mortgage documentationKnowledge of document red flags and fraud indicatorsQualifications:Possess broad scope of underwriting knowledge and skillsMinimum of 5 years of front-line underwriting experienceStrong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skills
