Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence

Supporting key governance projects, the full-time Compliance Analyst - Customer Due Diligence will manage global initiatives related to KYC standards, assess existing policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory expectations while collaborating across markets and functions. Key responsibilities Support governance projects aligned with Guardian and regulatory requests through stakeholder management Manage global initiatives for KYC standards gap assessment and implementation, ensuring timely risk mitigation Review and assess KYC policies and procedures against internal and external regulatory requirements Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in program governance, project management, or financial crimes compliance Minimum of 2+ years in BSA-AML, compliance, risk management, or audit Proven ability to synthesize insights from large amounts of information for strategic implementation Familiarity with KYC operations and customer lifecycle management systems is a plus Bachelor's degree required
