Duties
- Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests.
- Attend court hearings and take and defend depositions.
- Develop litigation strategies and engage in mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Communicate proactively with clients throughout litigation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
