This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office, providing an opportunity to engage in high-exposure personal injury cases involving transportation, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims.
Duties
- Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests.
- Attend court hearings and take and defend depositions.
- Analyze complex legal issues and manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proactively communicate with clients throughout litigation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
Education
