Duties
- Manage discovery processes, including propounding and responding to discovery.
- Attend court hearings and take and defend depositions.
- Analyze complex legal issues and manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Certifications
