Duties
Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery requests.Attend court hearings and take and defend depositions.Analyze complex legal issues and manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.Work independently and collaboratively within a team.Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited school.Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
