A nationally recognized consumer protection and complex litigation law firm is seeking an attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its team in Los Angeles. The firm represents consumers, insurance policyholders, homeowners, employees, and small businesses in complex state and federal litigation, including class actions involving consumer protection, insurance, financial fraud, defective products, privacy, and unfair business practices.

Job Details

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar admission and in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with complex litigation, class actions, consumer protection, insurance, commercial litigation, or plaintiff-side litigation is preferred.
• Federal court experience is a plus.
• Ability to take ownership of matters while working collaboratively within a small, sophisticated litigation team.
