Duties

Requirements
- 4+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at a national firm.
- Excellent research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
- Proactive team player with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education
Excellent academic credentials required. Judicial clerkship is a plus.
Certifications
California bar admission required.
