Complex Litigation Associate

The Atlanta office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to work on a broad range of complex litigation including product liability, mass tort, class action, and some commercial litigation matters. We are seeking candidates with 3 - 5 years of litigation experience. Former federal clerk experience is a definite plus. Candidates should have excellent writing and research skills and thrive in a collaborative environment. We do complex, cutting-edge work in jurisdictions across the country and have a deep commitment to providing opportunities for associates to gain significant case management and courtroom experience.
