Complex Director of Sales & Marketing

To drive revenue and achieve sales goals, the full-time Complex Director of Sales & Marketing will develop and implement strategic plans for Six Senses Grenada and InterContinental Grenada, overseeing a remote team while fostering relationships with key clients and markets. Key responsibilities Lead the strategic commercial plan for both resorts, collaborating with Revenue Management and Marketing Communications Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to market segments, ensuring comprehensive coverage and performance monitoring Prepare departmental budgets and financial plans, producing reports to analyze market trends and drive revenue growth Required qualifications Five or more years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role within luxury hotels Experience managing remote teams; dual property experience is preferred Strong knowledge of the Caribbean market and business trends Proficiency in Advanced MS Office and familiarity with various property systems Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans successfully
