Duties

- Represent clients in commercial litigation involving contracts, business torts, and shareholder disputes.
- Handle real estate, trust, and probate litigation.
- Advise clients on insolvency and creditor rights matters.
- Lead matters from strategy through resolution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaborate across practice areas for integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Approximately 8+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Experience handling sophisticated business disputes and related civil matters.
- Ability to independently manage cases through all stages.
- Courtroom and advocacy experience.
- Sound judgment and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
