Duties
- Collaborate with lead counsel to develop proactive case strategies.
- Align case strategies with burdens of proof and evidentiary requirements.
- Draft dispositive motions, oppositions, and replies.
- Prepare mediation briefs, findings of fact, conclusions of law, and trial memoranda.
- Develop voir dire strategy, trial briefing, and proposed orders.
- Design direct- and cross-examination frameworks.
- Work with discovery attorneys to integrate key factual proof into briefs.
- Assist trial counsel in preparing for hearings and trial presentations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- Strong skills in precise, structured, high-level legal writing.
- Understanding of burdens of proof and argument construction.
- Ability to communicate intellectual depth with succinct precision.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
