Complex Claims Manager

To support the AirCover team, the full-time remote Complex Claims Manager will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and managing complex and large loss claims while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance risk mitigation strategies and improve claims handling processes. Key responsibilities Manage and resolve complex and large loss claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop resolution plans and influence prioritization of claims Mentor and upskill team members on complex claims processes while reporting on performance metrics during business reviews Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Insurance Claims Coverage and Litigation, with a focus on liability and property BA/BS degree in business or a technical field preferred Strong knowledge of casualty and property insurance policies and claims Experience working with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to resolve complex disputes Ability to work cross-functionally and be available for on-call duties, including weekends and evenings
