Providing high-quality, compassionate care remotely, the Complex Care Physician will manage interdisciplinary case conferences, conduct virtual clinical visits, and collaborate with a care team to develop individualized care plans for members with complex medical needs. Key responsibilities Lead interdisciplinary case conferences to guide decision-making on complex cases Provide virtual urgent or same-day clinical visits, utilizing evidence-based care for assessment and triage Partner with the care team to create and adjust individualized care plans based on members' evolving needs Required qualifications Board-certified physician in internal medicine or family medicine, with interest in complex comorbid conditions and cancer management Unrestricted medical license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed Experience in virtual or telehealth care delivery and managing medically complex patients Comfortable using technology in practice, including video visits and electronic health records Experience working with interdisciplinary care teams and supporting shared decision-making
