Performs advanced managerial, technical, and administrative duties related to planning and directing the activities of the Complete Streets Division. The Division is responsible for planning, design, construction, operations, and maintenance of complete streets that provide safe and efficient multimodal transportation. The division includes the roadway and trails capital projects, traffic engineering and operations and streets maintenance activities.
