Competence Manager for Sales Applications

To support the growth of sales applications, the full-time Competence Manager for Sales Applications will manage resource allocation, drive recruitment efforts, and facilitate skills development while working in a hybrid environment based in Sandviken. Key responsibilities Manage resource allocation and planning for IT application development and delivery in collaboration with product teams Drive recruitment and sourcing activities to meet competence demands Support change management and the adoption of new tools and processes Required qualifications Strong background in IT and people leadership Experience in application development environments Familiarity with agile methodologies and stakeholder collaboration Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus Proven ability to navigate change and foster collaboration across teams
