Compensation ManagerThe Compensation Manager supports the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs across Fun Town RV's multi-location operations. This role ensures compensation practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.To be considered, candidates must have direct experience working in an RV or automotive dealership environment, administering draw-based compensation and sales commission plans, and using ADP Workforce Now. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in evaluating dealership compensation structures, developing sales pay plans, calculating commissions and draws, and partnering with leadership to support data-informed compensation strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation Analysis & BenchmarkingAnalyze compensation data across roles, departments, and locations to ensure market competitiveness and internal equityConduct salary benchmarking using industry surveys and market dataEvaluate pay structures including base salary, commission, draw, and incentive plansCreate sales pay plans and commissionsProvide recommendations on compensation adjustments and job levelingProgram Administration & ComplianceAdminister compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and pay guidelinesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations (including FLSA classification)Support audits and ensure documentation accuracy for compensation-related decisionsMaintain consistent compensation practices across all dealership locationsData Management & ReportingMaintain compensation data within HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and related systemsDevelop and generate compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadershipMonitor trends in compensation, turnover, and hiring to support workforce planningEnsure data integrity and accuracy across systemsBusiness Partnership & SupportPartner with HR, Finance, and leadership to support hiring offers, promotions, and internal equity reviewsProvide guidance on compensation-related decisions and policiesAssist with job description evaluations and role classificationsSupport leadership with compensation planning during budgeting cyclesProcess Improvement & StrategyIdentify opportunities to improve compensation processes, tools, and reporting capabilitiesSupport development and enhancement of compensation programs aligned with company growthAssist in implementation of new compensation structures or incentive programsContribute to strategic HR initiatives related to talent attraction and retentionQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, sales pay plans, commission administration, or a related field.Direct experience working in a multi-location RV and/or automotive dealership environment required.Hands-on experience administering and evaluating draw-based compensation plans required.Hands-on experience developing, calculating, auditing, and administering sales commission plans required.Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, including maintaining compensation data, processing pay changes, and generating reports, required.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.Strong knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present compensation data and recommendations.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periodsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Holiday Savings Plan401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Join Our Growing Team!At Fun Town RV, we value our employees and provide opportunities for career advancement in an exciting, fast-growing industry.
