Key responsibilities Leading, coaching, and developing a team of client compensation partners Partnering with the VP Rewards to drive enterprise-wide compensation strategy and program delivery Collaborating with cross-functional partners on complex compensation matters and ensuring operational excellence Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including at least 3 years in a people management role Deep experience in the tech sector, preferably in a high-growth private or pre-IPO company Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide compensation programs across a global workforce Track record of acting as a senior business partner on high-stakes compensation decisions Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to drive compensation decisions, with proficiency in tools like gSheets and Excel
