Key responsibilities Coordinates and directs departmental processes for Client Financial Services, focusing on global compensation services and internal controls Manages staffing, budget creation, and performance metrics to optimize departmental efficiency and staff development Leads special projects and collaborates with internal and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with quality goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 7-10 years of related experience and/or training 5-7 years of management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Certifications such as CRP, GMS, or CPP preferred Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Intermediate Word; knowledge of Visio, PowerPoint, and AssignmentPro is a plus
