To support mission-driven organizations, the full-time remote Compensation Consulting Manager will lead multiple compensation consulting projects, manage junior team members, and develop client relationships while contributing subject matter expertise in executive and staff compensation methodologies. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee junior team members across client engagements to ensure effective project planning and execution Lead multiple compensation consulting projects, synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations and delivering client reports and presentations Develop deep knowledge of the nonprofit industry and assist in identifying new business opportunities and writing project proposals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Ten years or more of experience in executive and staff compensation consulting or fifteen years of related analytical experience Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proven project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
