Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex compensation program administration and consulting activities
- Support job architecture design, job evaluation, and grading initiatives
- Conduct salary market benchmarking and compensation analyses
- Review compensation actions for alignment with company policies and compensation philosophy
- Support incentive compensation and bonus program design and administration
- Participate in pay equity studies, organizational structure changes, and special compensation projects
- Perform job audits, job description development, survey analysis, and compensation data validation
Required Qualifications
Previous compensation experience with expertise in one or more of the following:
- Salary Market Benchmarking
- Pay Equity Analysis

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building experience
