The role also requires managing multiple client projects, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to the refinement of BalancedComp's methodologies and consulting tools. Ability to perform quantitative analyses, interpret compensation data, and apply benchmarking and market-pricing techniques. Skills in designing or improving compensation structures, salary ranges, incentive plans, and performance evaluation processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings, drafting policies, and facilitating client meetings and trainings. Project management capabilities, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with multiple client contacts.
