This leader ensures programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's business objectives while providing a positive team member experience.

The role partners closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, and business leaders to support compensation strategy, benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance.ResponsibilitiesAdminister company compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellenceManage team member health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs in partnership with vendors and internal stakeholdersAnalyze compensation data, market trends, and internal equity to support pay decisions and compensation planningSupport the administration of annual merit, incentive, and salary review processesPartner with Recruiting and business leaders to evaluate positions, maintain job descriptions, and ensure alignment with compensation structures and FLSA guidelinesManage team member leave and accommodation programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policiesMaintain HRIS functionality related to compensation, benefits, and onboarding processesPrepare reports and people analytics that support business decisions and workforce planningMonitor changes to employment laws and regulations, recommending updates to policies and processes as neededManage vendor relationships, program budgets, and benefit communications to ensure effective administration and team member engagementLead continuous improvement efforts that simplify processes and enhance the team member experienceSkills and KnowledgeAbility to build effective partnerships with leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills, Experience administering HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred, PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, CEBS, or related certification preferred, Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret people data, Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits administration, leave management, and employment regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits2+ years of leadership or people management experience preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipmentAble to clearly view and read information on a computer screenOccasionally lift or move items up to 15 poundsLocationOn-site in Lenexa, KSPay Range$115,000.00 - $145,000.00
