- Manage rollover equity, employment, and severance arrangements.
- Work on mergers and acquisitions involving privately held companies.
- Ensure compliance with IRC Sections 280G and 409A.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with private equity transactions and portfolio management.
- Knowledge of IRC Sections 280G and 409A.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
