Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations, the remote Compensation Analyst will manage compensation structures, support program development, and provide strategic analytical expertise to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities Support the administration and continuous improvement of compensation structures and policies while collaborating on cross-functional initiatives Review salary increase proposals and provide market analysis to inform pay recommendations for exempt and non-exempt roles Lead technology projects related to compensation systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through oversight of reporting and audits Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field 6-8 years of experience in compensation at high-growth companies, including administration of broad-based compensation Experience in designing compensation architecture, including job leveling and wage range development Deep knowledge of executive and non-executive compensation programs, including equity planning and performance management Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and recommendations from data analysis
