Supporting the design and administration of compensation programs, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will collaborate with various departments to provide data-driven recommendations, manage annual compensation processes, and ensure competitive and equitable pay structures. Key responsibilities Administer and analyze compensation programs, including base pay and variable pay structures Assist with the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases and bonus planning Prepare executive-level compensation analyses and materials for the Compensation Committee Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field Minimum five years of experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a corporate compensation role Experience with annual compensation planning processes and variable pay programs Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and dashboard creation Experience with market pricing, job evaluations, and internal equity analyses
