Providing complex analytical support, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst III will assist in managing compensation programs, analyzing wage data, and developing compensation strategies to meet organizational objectives. Key responsibilities: Edit and maintain job descriptions, ensuring a centralized library and accurate classification of positions Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to monitor the effectiveness of pay programs and support salary surveys Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs, including budget management and project coordination Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience Six years of experience in providing Human Resources administrative support Certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or to be obtained within one year of hire Knowledge of in-depth compensation theories and practical applications Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
