Sales Incentive - Compensation Analyst
Location: 2 T.W.Alexander Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC
Pay Rate: $60/HR on W2
Education: Bachelor's degree required. Relevant certification(s) such as World at Work (CCP, GRP or similar) desirable.
Experience: Minimum 5 -8 yrs of direct Compensation and Total Rewards experience in U.S. and Canada. Global experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience with exemption determinations, market analysis and compensation benchmarking.
Preference for dynamic experience working with Sales Incentive Plans strongly preferred, inclusive of the tools and technology to support.
