Our culture of integrity, commitment, excellence and teamwork is what differentiates us from the rest.We're committed to being your Company of Choice®The Compensation Analyst shall be the person responsible for the Company's compensation plan processes for the entire company.Scope Of Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe duties of the Compensation Analyst shall include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:Administers compensation cycles for the entire company, including domestic and internationalAssists in planning and directing company's compensation programConducts market pricing for corporate positions and ensures integrity with company's salary structureOversees the company's bonus and incentive compensation award process, including domestic and international plansCoordinates expatriate compensation reportingPrepares annual executive and director compensation reports and analysesAdministers the Company's incentive plans and Employee Stock Purchase PlanAdministers the Company's Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation planParticipates in compensation surveys and reviews survey results compared to the company's compensation practicesAnswers employee questions on company compensation plans and provides additional requested information to employeesReviews annual schedules and financial statements for the 401k plan, Puerto Rico profit sharing plan and the health & welfare plan; Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make the discriminations in sound.Speech: Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word.Mobility: Unencumbered by physical limitations to perform the following activities: Sedentary work in an office environment that includes frequent sitting, occasional standing and walking, gross and fine motor dexterity for typing and reasonable lifting of office products up to 10 lbs.Hours Of WorkStandard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am until 5:00pm and may be adjusted with approval by the department supervisor. Some overtime, work related travel and weekend work may be required, subject to company operational requirements.
