Job Description
SNI has partnered with a large public company in north Dallas seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst for a special project. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of analysis, modeling, and reporting within compensation. Advanced Excel skills. This role is onsite 5 days a week. Hourly compensation in the 60-70 an hour range, 120K+ if it moves to a perm role.
- Base and variable compensation programs
- Workday and MarketPay experience
- CCP strongly preferred
- Analysis of short-term incentive programs
- Creating reports and designing compensation dashboards
