Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will deliver high-quality ABA therapy under supervision and help implement individualized plans.
You’ll collect progress data, collaborate with BCBA supervisors and families, and maintain a safe, engaging session environment while supporting meaningful growth in each child.
