Compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist — Flexible PTO

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to provide coordinated care to patients across all ages in a home health setting. You will plan, implement, and evaluate therapy plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to restore or maintain patient well-being.

Requirements include a BS in Physical Therapy, active licensure, and CPR certification; two years of acute care or rehab experience is preferred.
