Providing remote medical case management services, the full-time Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager will assist injured individuals in their recovery and coordinate medical services while working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain or Pacific Time. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of injured clients, coordinating their medical care and vocational options Collaborate with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate recovery and return to work Conduct frequent assessments of medical services and ensure compliance with case management standards Required qualifications Unrestricted Compact RN license required Additional RN licensure in CA, NY, NV, and/or OR preferred CCM certification preferred, to be obtained within 2 years of hire Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred Experience in worker's compensation case management or ICU/ER will be considered
