Compact RN Care Advisor

Providing on-demand telephone-based care management services, the part-time Compact RN Care Advisor will assess patient symptoms, coordinate care, and offer health information through a remote Nurse Advice Line, with flexible shifts available during weekdays and weekends. Key responsibilities Handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers, delivering compassionate and informed triage Consult and coordinate with team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Record member data in Privia's web-based medical record system and maintain accurate patient records Required qualifications 1+ years of RN experience in adult primary care and/or pediatric care in various healthcare settings Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred or willingness to obtain within 24 months) Compact Resident RN in good standing, with the ability to apply to non-compact states as needed Availability to work 10-30 hours per week, including at least 10 hours on weekends Nursing program transcripts showing a passing grade in Microbiology with Lab
