To support a vital mission in behavioral health, the full-time Remote Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) Transfer Center will screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics Collaborate with intake teams, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital departments to facilitate timely placements Monitor patient flow and track delays to improve access processes and outcomes Required qualifications Active Compact RN License 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Emergency Department/Critical Care with Behavioral Health patients Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance policies High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download) Commitment to patient-centered care
