Compact Licensed Clinical Nurse

To support a growing virtual care management company, the full-time Compact Licensed Clinical Nurse will engage with patients via telephone to provide education, assessments, and documentation while ensuring adherence to care protocols in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic assessments and provide patient education on care best practices Manage assigned call queues, ensuring timely documentation and efficient workflow execution Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care and contribute to service excellence discussions Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) compact license Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or other language) Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in telehealth or remote monitoring Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Ability to navigate electronic health tools and maintain productivity in a remote work setting
