This position functions within the SEARHC Community Wellness Department. This position will collaborate with other SEARHC departments and strategic partners to improve patient access to comprehensive prevention and healthcare services. This would include, but not limited to, coordination of program activities, documentation of services, eligibility screening, reimbursement for services using grant funds, and expansion of services.The purpose of this position is to oversee the data collection, management, analysis, and reporting functions needed to support regulatory, quality, and strategic healthcare services for the Community Wellness Department and WISEWOMAN Women’s Health Program.
