in a related field preferred.Job TasksAssist in development of a program employment planEngage in active job seeking to obtain employment for membersTrain and assist members in self-marketing to prospective employersEnsure compliance with obligations to and requirements for funding sourcesEngage in comprehensive job coachingPerform routine maintenance of employment contactsMaintain an acceptable level of member job placementsProvide member case-management servicesMaintain appropriate staff/member interactionsEngage in the Agency's Periodic Service Review (PSR) and other quality assurance programsEnsure compliance with all licensing and accreditation standardsCooperate with Agency and DDD/DCP&P staff in any inspection or investigationEnsure compliance with wearing a mask when mandated by State, Federal, and Licensing authorities during a public health crisis/pandemic.All other duties as assignedShiftVaries throughout the week.
