Community Support Team Supervisor YouthLead with purpose as a Community Support Team Supervisor for Youth Services Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. As the Community Support Team Supervisor (Youth), (Internal title: CPRC Supervisor Youth) you'll guide a passionate group of Community Support Specialists and Family Support Providers who deliver high-quality behavioral health services to children with serious emotional disorders. You'll play a critical role in shaping high-impact services, mentoring a skilled team, and partnering with schools and community providers to ensure lasting change.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision to youth-focused community support staff, including regular individual supervision and weekly team meetingsOversee assessment, service planning, and delivery to ensure care is family-centered, culturally responsive, and goal-orientedGuide development of individualized wellness and safety plansSupport new staff onboarding and ongoing clinical skill developmentMonitor service delivery and documentation to ensure quality and complianceCoordinate with families, schools, and external providers to ensure seamless careLead crisis planning efforts and ensure timely intervention when neededDriving is an essential function of the positionRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise• Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field required • Master's degree in a human service-related field preferred If no relevant Master's degree is obtained, Must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (RR)or• Must have a Bachelor's degree, plus three (3) years of experience providing community support services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders in accordance with the community support key service functions.
Experience must be with the same population they will serve as a supervisor.
