To support the growing Virtual Cell Challenge, the part-time Community Support Contractor will manage participant engagement, respond to support inquiries, and foster community interaction in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Virtual Cell Challenge team to operate independently and understand competition details Respond to support tickets, providing timely and accurate answers regarding challenge rules and technical requirements Monitor community platforms for participant feedback and questions, escalating complex issues as needed Required qualifications Technical background in biology and/or computer science Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple complex workstreams Strong bias for action and ability to drive results in a fast-moving environment Experience with community management Track record of high impact in a startup environment
